Our booking system is designed with at least one hour between appointments to fulfil our promise of ensuring and guaranteeing your privacy. You can relax in confidence and enjoy the services we provide.
All consultations and services implemented will be between you and CKS or a specialised therapist or personal trainer. All information required to be kept as per HMRC and other government bodies is kept offsite and with different service providers. Your privacy is our priority, and we take every necessary measure to ensure it.
Any information required by a third-party source such as a secretary or P. A would need to be approved in advance and confirmed by you. We value your privacy, and any legal or law enforcement department requiring information must provide a signed court order by GDPR legislation before any information is divulged. As a client, you will be informed as soon as possible.
CCTV is used on entry to the building, and all recordings are cleared and deleted at the end of each working day. We take privacy seriously, and you can trust that your information is safe with us.

During your therapy, we advise that all non-treatment-based conversations should be kept to information already in the public domain. This will reduce the possibility of any compromising situations arising that could cause conflict between both parties if something is discussed or divulged to a third party in error.
Upon registration, your email address is required to send a booking confirmation and to update you on promotions, special offers, newsletters, and blogs. Telephone numbers are kept for emergency contact and to send booking reminder SMS texts.
